By cultivation of awareness, you’ll notice that sometimes the Universe show you signs about what to happen through events that seemingly normal but out of order.

The easiest sign to spot is through our living space.

Suddenly the water is leaking or things have simply broken down without any reason. It is not always, but if you are a student of Feng Shui or Metaphysics practitioners, you’ll notice that sudden things out of order mean something.

For a normal person, a broken thing is simply a broken thing. Nothing more and nothing less. If you are a practitioner, you’ll notice that some things are not just ‘broken’.

Have you ever met a practitioner and the moment they step into your house, they tell you a lot of things about your family members’ situation, relationship in the house, your personality, or even the latest events or incidents happening in the house?

You are not alone. Without proper knowledge, we might think that these practitioners are maybe harnessing their sixth sense ability or maybe just born with the gift altogether. This particular ability is actually not special to that practitioner. …

This is the last article in the “How to Bring More Luck into Your retail Space” series. You can start by reading this first article. Let’s start the final episode, Episode 6: Store Atmosphere.

If you haven’t read any of the articles in the series, let me brief you a bit about what it is all about. This series focusing on the basic yet fundamental things that you can pay more attention to, in order to bring more luck into your store. …

So far, we have covered the entrance area, main door, display arrangements, and cashier area and how to improve luck (氣 Qi flow) into the store.

This is the area that most people will forget or just simply left out when it comes to design and attention. I suppose most of the time it is true that we don’t need to have a dedicated design for this room.

Backroom in most cases are a combination between the storage room and staff’s rest area. The room usually jam-packed with stocks, utilities, and a little bit of free space. …

The cashier might be just taking a very small space in your store, but in reality, it plays a big role in your store. If you are a tenant in a shopping mall, you’ll know that the main entrance (those external factors) are beyond your reach and influence. The cashier area might be the second thing that you might want to pay attention to.

If you have a ‘leakage’ in your business and cash flow, somehow your money just flowing out endlessly, then you definitely to check your cashier area (not just the desk), in your store.

Display arrangements usually depend on the function which closely related to the products, and later on, maybe depending on the aesthetics of the store. If you are an Interior designer or Visual merchandiser, you know that there are rules on how to display better.

If you have been working with Interior designers before, you’ll notice that they have been trained to manage the space to maximize the space and creating ‘wow’ effects to satisfy the client and hopefully the customers later on.

“How certain arrangements within the store might influence the flow in the store and eventually affecting the sales.”

They might miss this factor if Feng Shui is not one of the tools.

This is a mini-series about bringing Qi flow into the retail space using Feng Shui fundamental concepts. In this article, we are going to discuss the Main Door.

Doors are playing a crucial part when it comes to Feng Shui, especially the main door (main entrance) of the store. Imagine the door as your mouth. It is the main gateway for you to eat, nourish the body, etc. Just like our mouth, the store (building or space) needs Qi to flourish. A flowing Qi will support the activity and people who use the space.

The space that we use every single day is a mini version of what nature has.

These are the fundamentals of Feng Shui studies. There is the external environment, such as the neighborhood, stream, lakes, hills, parks, etc. And the internal environment which is rooms and parts of the building.

Mountains, hills, streams, lakes, and parks play important parts in determining a good Feng Shui. We are going to discuss what are these crucial factors of environment when we try to convert those into the internal environment.

The entrance of the store is not just the main door. In fact, I’m going to discuss the Main Door in the next article.

I’m going to divide the…

All of this time I’ve been focusing on writing articles about Feng Shui for our living spaces. While I was thinking our living spaces are one of the most important factors in our life, I also can’t deny the fact that our business space is important too. Especially after we were being swarmed by this pandemic. Especially nowadays.

“When the sun stands at midday, it begins to set: be not sad. The fullness and emptiness of life wax and wane in the course of time.” If you make your heart like a lake, life will always fulfill you.

Fulfillment is What You Give To Others

What is the main reason you started the business? What is the main cause that keeps you going? What sort of impact do you want to give and share to other people?

Abundance is about giving and by giving to other people you don’t find anything lacking in your life. …
