Choosing certain house to suits your needs.
What are the things people usually consider when buying house? Location, check. Price points, check. The sizing, style and shape, check. These are some of the main things people are paying attention to when it comes to buying house.
When it comes to Feng Shui,
One last thing that is very crucial, but people tend to forget or leave it out behind. Your personal goal, whether it’s short term or long term goal. Each and every house holds it’s own value and capacity differently and we’re not even talking about the physical appearances of the house. We’re talking about how each and every house position is father different from one another, how the layout being designed and built differently.
Some houses look nice, some quite artistic or something fancy that’s is being built by the new rising star architect. You’ve got it all. I’d say that the outer look of the house is somewhat important. The real gem is lies inside, of how they (builders) created the layout and consider everything that’s inside.
House at a glance
Firstly,
we prefer to see a house with a nice (rather) square or rectangle shape. Avoid L-shaped or U-shaped houses, unless you definitely know what you’re looking for and know by heart that such houses will have it’s own drawback.
Secondly,
we prefer to see a house with a good interior flow. Meaning, the arrangement of each room in association with one another is in a good coordination. You able to move around the house with ease and the absence of close, dense and uptight feeling.
Thirdly,
avoid choosing a house that has unconventional structures inside. For example, uneven floor for different space (kitchen and dining room is not even floor), extreme design for the staircase, or doubled-height ceiling for living rooms.

Sure, it’s your own choice. One thing to remember, good looking house with crazy designs might not giving you things that you want and need in life. Your house should support you and your goals. Having something superficial and obstructive might end up badly for your health and life.

These are the main three things that people sought after. I don’t need to elaborate more on what is including in the health matter, money matter and love matter (relationship). I am pretty sure all of you already know the concept.
Back to our topic, when you choose a house to be bought, you need to know and understand whether the house that you choose able to support you in that matter or not. Therefore, we can say that your single and simple decision to buy a certain house will be affecting you in the next couple of years, while living in that house.
And bonus! It will also affect all the occupants in the house.
