All of this time I’ve been focusing on writing articles about Feng Shui for our living spaces. While I was thinking our living spaces are one of the most important factors in our life, I also can’t deny the fact that our business space is important too. Especially after we were being swarmed by this pandemic. Especially nowadays.

This series of articles is meant to encourage business owners, especially shop owners to pay attention to their shop (shop houses) and observe what are the things that they can do to improve their current space situation.

These series are meant to be practical and easy to apply to improve the overall quality of your current business space. All of the things that I’m going to share in this article series are based on the Feng Shui principles being translated into the layman’s term. The main idea is to encourage business owners to take the action to revive their business flow and improve the overall quality of their business.

The series itself will consist of six main topics, which will cover the entrance area, until the backroom area. The main door, display position, cashier area, and the overall interior space will be discussed too.

Before we go deeper into the subject, here are some of the simple diagnose that you can do to your space in question. This principle will be applicable to all spaces.

Qi Stagnation and Lack of Flow

If you’ve been occupying the space for quite some time, it will become harder to notice this. That is the main reason why I put this first on the list!

We might not be able to literary see Qi with our own eyes, but we can definitely see what lack of Qi looks like.

Space that is lacking Qi will look dull, uninviting, (usually) dark, (maybe) creepy feeling, and or dusty and unorganized. When the space seems unoccupied when there are actually people living in it, is also one of the signs that there is Qi stagnation in that space. The moment you see a space like that, immediately you will know, there’s Qi stagnation in that space.

Space Illness №1 Temper and Personality Issue

Have you met a person that looks nice on the outside but the moment we know them deeper, they have issues (maybe) with their temper or personality?

Usually, when you just know someone, the conversation becomes really interesting and you want to engage in the conversation more. Then you are trying to delve into other topics and suddenly… something feels off. Maybe the way they like to debate, or they are quite persistent with their thoughts and opinions, something. You can’t pinpoint it out, but for sure, something is off.

People with these negative traits personality usually (but not always) stay in a space that has negative features according to Feng Shui. A person that has a negative personality and doesn’t really realize that usually exuding a negative frequency too. Therefore, things that are being attracted to this person will be negative too. In this case, a bad quality Feng Shui space.

Since energy attracts energy, we also can conclude that when a person moves in into a certain space, space will play a big part in the human factor as well. A good person that accidentally moves in into a bad Feng Shui space, might be influenced by the bad Feng Shui as well. Hence, the bad traits of him or her are going to be more prominent.

Space Illness №2 Money Issue

Do you have a stable job with a good income? Or… your job is profitable but you have no idea where did the money go?

This is a typical problem when there is a bad feature of Feng Shui in the space that you use currently. Somehow you can make a LOT of money, but by the end of the month or even mid-month, you have no idea where the money went.

The lack of awareness of the person also enhances the negative feature of Feng Shui which might be causing this issue to be bigger than it should be.

Space Illness №3 Health Issue

Just like the other two problems earlier that might be caused by negative features of the space, health is no exception.

Before you move into this office you are quite fine, but the moment you start working in that office (for example), suddenly you fall sick quite frequently and you have no idea how this happens. Maybe the working hours were long and you missed lunchtime here and there, but how could these things cost you your health?

Now… please don’t underestimate your lifestyle. Having a good and friendly lifestyle for your body is very crucial. There is a possibility of you having a ‘sudden’ health issue is because, again, lack of awareness and ignorance, and secondly the negative features that space has been making your health issues more prominent.

When there are negative features around the space, this will cause the occupants of the space to be exposed to these negative traits and things that are just fine becoming worse, and worse becomes worst.

So, there are two ways to do this. First, we diagnose the space. Second, we diagnose the people who use the space.

More often than not, professionals who meet their clients and check the space, usually they will find the symptoms of the clients themselves being verified by the Feng Shui of the space.
